Our Services

Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) is a Medicaid-Funded initiative that provides in-home skilled nursing and personal care support services to medically fragile children under the age of 21, at no cost to eligible families. The program allows children with complex medical needs to receive care in the comfort of their homes rather than in a hospital or long-term care facility. To qualify for the GAPP program, a child must be under 21 years of age, be an active Medicaid recipient in Georgia, be considered medically fragile and require a level of care that would otherwise necessitate a hospital or skilled nursing facility admission, and be receiving physician-ordered services, with all services requiring prior authorization. The exact services provided are highly individualized and based entirely on the specific medical needs documented in the child's Physician-ordered Care Plan. Below are services provided but not limited to the following: specialized care (#G-tube, #IV, #Wound care, #Tube feeding), medication administration, monitoring vital signs, meal preparation, feeding assistance, transfers, etc. The healthcare system can be overwhelming. That’s why Ever-Bright Care provides dedicated support with: assessments, documentation, enrollment, care planning, and ongoing advocacy. We walk families through every step so they don’t face paperwork, approvals, or barriers alone. If you believe your child may qualify or you’re simply unsure where to begin, we’re here to help. Contact Ever-Bright Care today to learn more, ask questions, or start the enrollment process. Your child’s brighter tomorrow begins at home.

G-Tube Feedings

A G-tube (gastrostomy tube) helps children receive nutrition, fluids, and medication safely when eating by mouth is difficult or unsafe. For many children with medical or developmental needs, a G-tube is an essential tool for growth, comfort, and health.

At Ever-Bright Care, our pediatric nurses provide gentle, skilled G-tube support, including: daily feeding administration, tube and site care, medication through the tube, monitoring tolerance and growth, troubleshooting and safety support.

We also empower families with hands-on education so they feel confident caring for their child at home. With the right team, children with G-tubes can thrive.
Ever-Bright Care is here to ensure feeding is safe, calm, and supportive — every day.

Trach Care

A tracheostomy is a small opening in the neck with a tube placed into the airway to help a child breathe safely. Many children with complex medical, neurological, or respiratory needs rely on a trach for stable breathing, airway protection, and improved quality of life.
