At Ever-Bright Care, we believe every child deserves the chance to thrive in a safe, loving environment — surrounded by family, not confined to a facility.
The Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) makes that possible.
GAPP is a state-funded program that provides in-home nursing care and personal care services for children with complex medical or developmental needs.
Through GAPP, families receive the skilled support their child requires, without being separated from the comfort of home.
We serve children ages 0–21 who have medical needs requiring: Skilled nursing, or Ongoing personal care support.
Eligibility is based on a child’s clinical needs, not family income — ensuring support is accessible to families who need it most.
Children receiving care through GAPP at Ever-Bright Care are able to: Stay safely at home, Avoid preventable hospitalizations, Maintain routines and relationships, Grow, learn, and play in familiar spaces.
Meanwhile, families gain peace of mind, advocacy, and partnership — not just a service provider.
At Ever-Bright Care, we see the child — not their diagnosis.
Through GAPP, we help children live joyfully, safely, and as independently as possible Our Commitment, while giving families the support they deserve.
Your child’s life is precious. Their care should reflect that.
